Remote Support Options

Here are the magic buttons for remote access. If we're on the phone or I texted you, just click the one I mentioned. Don't worry if you don't know which one - I'll guide you.

Note: Sometimes ad-blockers get a little overprotective and block these downloads. If you can't access them, that might be why.

Option A: Splashtop SOS (Quick Support)

Best for quick fixes or one-time support. It only allows access while the app is open. Has support for Android and iOS.

2. Launch the app and share the 9-digit code displayed on your screen.

Option B: Splashtop Streamer (Unattended Access)

Best for longer projects. It installs a background service that allows for reboots and reconnecting automatically.

2. Follow the prompts to confirm the organization and install.
3. Once installed, let me know - your device will appear in my dashboard automatically.
