Remote Support Options

Here are the quick buttons for secure remote access. If we're on the phone or texting, just download the tool I mentioned. Don't worry if you aren't sure which one to use—I'll guide you through it!

Note: If a download link doesn't open, your browser's ad-blocker or antivirus might be overly protective. Disabling it temporarily or using the backup links should solve the issue.

Option A

Splashtop SOS (Quick One-Time Support)

Best for quick fixes. It downloads a simple program that only allows access while the application is actively open on your screen. Access ends the second you close the app.

  3. Backup direct links if the main site is blocked: Windows / Mac

Splashtop Streamer (Unattended & Longer Projects)

Best for major upgrades, deep cleanups, or tasks that require system restarts. It installs a lightweight background service so I can reboot your device and reconnect automatically without needing your manual code input each time.

  2. Run the installer, click through the setup prompts, and confirm the connection.
  3. Once the installation is complete, shoot me a text. Your device will automatically appear in my dashboard!
