I'm a Linux engineer by day, but this is my side quest: helping my favorite people with their tech troubles.
I keep my circle small intentionally. This isn't a big agency with a call center. It's just me (CJ), helping out people I know. That means when you reach out, you get me.
What I Do
I specialize in "artisan geek work" providing personalized, one-on-one technology support without the corporate overhead. My services include:

Simple Pricing
Quality tech support shouldn't feel like a transaction. My standard rate is $50 per hour, though this can vary depending on the project scope.
One rule I have: I don't charge for "progress bar" time. If we're waiting for updates to install or big files to download, you aren't paying for it. You only pay for the time I'm actively working to solve your problem.
