Who I Am
If you're here, it’s probably because you know me (CJ) or someone "in the know" sent you the info. I'm a Linux engineer by day, but this is my side quest: helping my favorite people with their tech troubles.
What I Do
No tickets, no hold music, no "have you tried turning it off and on again" script (okay, sometimes we do that). Just help from a real human who actually remembers you.
How I Work
You usually text me, we set a time, and I remote in to fix things while you sip coffee. Simple as that.
